‼️PENT UP TEARS‼️ (Linkedin) You are allowed to cry No one should tell you otherwise By all means it can be a symptom When this is the case.. please seek #help The tears that you have And can’t deny There’s magic to use If you just apply To deny any cause And dismiss the real truth This only festers And eats inside you What you must do Your prerogative But remember your part And the motive To give from the heart Really does pay To take for the want Is greed in a way When we share Among one another The world allows Tears all asunder To cry all together We all take turns When one falls down The others learn No one is the same No one is better No one can live Without help from another #PaulaG *** When hit by a force There is no escape Lightening strikes And tremors quake There is no hiding We all find fear It’s not very far In fact it is here No matter, no how No whatever will be There is no way We can be free The rain from the sky I thought as a child Tears from God’s eyes So tender and mild To feel from within Is majestic amen When God is upset He’s weeping again To honour the soul Cleansing conscience It only happens If you are present In matters of seconds What was inhaled Before it’s released The mind is impaled The exhalation Tastes like bile The hidden sins And thoughts on trial Paralyzing Nothing moves Just the tears Ever smooth There is no prison For pent up tears Some will take Many years When pushed back They don’t retreat And many times They repeat And when denied They will disguise Find other parts Until body dies No one amongst us Can’t ever deny To know what it is The want of a cry With this greater force You have no say Some will do And others will pay Lost is all movement No comprehension No power can stop Or resist the tension Torrential rains Exist for a reason If allowed Your tears to believe in The tears of sadness Will not go away They are here to help And pave the way So cry in the shower Wail in the rain Release all agony Shed all the pain Whenever it hits You’re unprepared It rained yesterday And now you are scared Emotional trauma An account of abuse Let the damn out And evil refuse To fester and wallow And lurk in unkind Will fasten the seatbelt And crush your own mind Allow the carnage Let it all out By God! you must And release all doubt With the very last tear Compared to the first Renewal is granted And lifts the curse #PaulaG —- “If you want to cry And don’t know how Just ask yourself What you allow!” #opism
