‼️I SPY 2020‼️ I spy With My little eye I see something Covering a sigh I spy With my little eye I see all the masks I’m wondering why To every person Looking at me I’m looking back My smile you can’t see What I have noticed And you may have too Is now our eyes Are the messengers true In the aisles Vogueing masks Fashion styles Not just fads Pick a theme And a colour This on your face Showing character Body language Can’t see you speak And louder now Are the eyes that peek Over the masks They roam the room Looking at others The eyes consume Some avoid And turn away Looking down Sad in a way You look about To measure six feet If blocked by another You stop in a beat The wider you stare And open your eyes No mouth to match Oh what a surprise The eyes near closed May be sleepy But looking at me This is creepy Eyeballs that glide And roll all over Mention to me Just move over Eyes that crinkle When lips curl up Most amused Helpful pickup Adding a wrinkle The eyebrow that lifts So curious like me And wonders what gives The lines in the middle Are burrowed deep Tears in the eyes And stress in a weep Some I notice Like to stare Others respond With obvious glare Above our own mask The eyes have to say I spy 2020 Communication gateway #PaulaG
