Many people have been conditioned to think self love is
indulgence, selfishness, arrogance, pompous, egotistical, mean….
Feelings of guilt increase.. so you don’t and turn your back on you
What a contrary view🧐
Are we not growing up to strive to be independent and take care of ourselves and others too?
If Your self worth is being robbed, stop the crime of this fallacy‼️
It is important to take care of you.
We are the only true companions to us, for our entire life. We need to be our own best friend. If you don’t, you just won’t see your worth📉 or that of others
It’s taken me a long time to truly love myself…if one has been through any kind of abuse, degradation, violation or bullied, insulted, harassed, humiliated…their sense self worth has taken a toll🆘
This is a violation to your birthright of DIGNITY❌
To increase our sense of self worth we need to💲cash in on some self love❤️
That means loving you yourself, and knowing you have a priceless gift tag. You are irreplaceable.
Healing is possible once you invest in you📈
For many years I felt I wasn’t good enough, I was made to feel worthless and believed it. I was hiding in a hole of self loathing looking for approval in the wrong places. Once you feel like this..it’s hard to get out. It takes just one little step at a time to start loving you, and do it without the guilt others have imposed on you for not being who they want you to be.
Thinking you need outside approval in order to experience love is a delusion.
You have the power of love inside of you. Once you deposit here, you will see interest and growth.
Removing the debt of self loathing requires you to love yourself.
Healing is possible once you invest in you📈
Humanity = PEOPLE FIRST! And that includes you‼️

Life is a journey. Happiness and success reside with you always.
Celebrate every step. Enjoy the view.
Chasing after happiness and success takes away from that which exists in the gift of today. There will always be things to chase. Celebrate your “haves” and not the “have nots”
