‼️WHO I CAME TO BE‼️ Today is a day More special for me To be introduced To the world and see What I did learn From all the people I thought to myself That I was feeble It wasn’t all bad Until it got worse Damn it life I thought you a curse On the side of darkness I met my tormentors Almost died So many encounters My strength was gone But a pen held me All feelings discussed In my poetry Hidden for years But some were shared Birthdays of children And those that I cared Writing on papers Stories and essays Helped me ignore The journey with bullies Until I gave My life back to God And believe as well For I never thought What would be next Now that I cared But God said my child “It’s time to share!” I knew without saying I felt in my heart It was time to give And let the words out We all have a gift In the land of living For some it takes time To see what we’re given So here on my birthday A poem wrote to me From The Word Jedi Poetess That I came to be #PaulaG Author, Writer, Poet A Poet with a golden word gun Will battle for everyone From the gun of a Jedi poetess Words like lightning we notice ‘And I am...all the Jedi’ ‘Use the force. ❤️YOU COMPLETED ME❤️ On this day years ago I saw you the first time I held your heart so close to me It use to count on mine Your little face looked at me The laughing gas wore off But overjoyed I was elated And loving was the cause Your older sister asked for you I told her God plans for She must have charmed the angel Who answered heaven’s door When she requested little sister They sent you right to me Some people are just needed To define a family In all my preparations I saw how life could be I asked dear God also To lend me his baby On this day that you were born That angel came to see A master plan was taking place And you completed me The part I like the best Your birthday close to mine The greatest gift to have And think of all the time The little years you grew In times of up and down You always took away The wrinkle of a frown I remember oh so well The Monster movie too They must have seen your face And created little “Boo” In school you had to write About a life story Of someone who passed on We picked Freddie Mercury I still laugh at how you tried And saw how you persuade You tried like hell to get me To rewrite your own essays A member of a team Soccer kept us busy The many hours driving Are precious memories Both wisdom and advice Was given and received This single parent tried To help you to believe The gift you give to me The one I cherish most A reason to find hope When life was just a ghost #PaulaG ❤️Completely❤️ My little girl Is a leader Taught me how To believe her Little did I Know that day That all she is Would help me stay From the love Of a mother A little girl Will discover She’s the star I wished upon Completed me When she did come Part of a team Soccer stars She held on And went far Learned the ways Of the world She stayed kind Never spoiled Many times Over the years I love you mom In my ears To this day Says I’m beautiful Right to my heart She keeps it full Now she is A full grown lady Happy Birthday To my baby #PaulaG HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY PRECIOUS BABY!

Look right now all around you... What do you see👁👀⁉️ ‼️WHAT REALLY MATTERS‼️ Food, clothing, shelter and health If this is covered you have wealth Money, things, places to visit When you die, you can’t leave with it Friends, family, food and warmth Fresh water too from the earth All that you have at this very moment When one is missing you surely know it What you pine after Is something for later Why spend time Being a chaser See all around you While you’re alive What do you need For you to survive What matters first Not what you want But what you have Without the flaunt If there’s a time You need reminding Think of these words That I keep writing If you let things Control your journey You lose the way And stay hungry Knowing a loss Is really a win When you know this You’re in charge then To want and chase We hurt and reject The ones we love And want to protect Keep in mind What really matters Let go of the stuff That makes life shatter To love one another To love within you If you don’t feel this You need a clue True happiness lies When life is pleasing Nothing else matters If it isn’t breathing Life isn’t for sale And what matters is free No one can afford To replace you and me #PaulaG

“The place to dry tears Is on the shoulder of years” #Opism ‼️ALLOW YOUR CRY‼️ Do you want to cry Are you sad and upset Are you home all alone Did you slam down the phone Did it happen just now Was it something said Did a memory return And replay in your head Do you hold it all in Or sob very loud Whimper in sadness Or just don’t allow Are you responding A goal you lost sight Sink to the floor Or put up a fight Are you greatly lamented And dare make a sound Forever just haunted As you look around To curse as you yell Is also release If you allow this What tears do you cease A silenced moan Will escape softly Holding it in Can be more costly To not allow feelings Is nothing to gain What’s locked inside Will try again No one to talk to Hurt and confused Jailed in grief Leads to the blues There are others In fact millions At the same time Crying for reasons To suffer alone We pay the dues To share your tears Really helps you When no one is there Remember who’s with you The shoulders you own And all they’ve been through It’s not any wonder To ask your God why And then realize Inside you he lies Waiting for you To find and discover For He knows how To help you recover There is no cure If you don’t cry What takes time to love Takes time to die If held back in fear This is not sorrow The chains of burden Hold down tomorrow Embrace your nature Allow your tears They will soon dry On the shoulder of years #PaulaG
