💋‼️THE KISS OF DEATH‼️💋 “The kiss of death carries The antidote for life” #Opism When you have had a near death experience and have survived..or have lost someone, your view on life is drastically changed Every definition you had before changes with a new way of thinking Death alters your perception of life. You never see anything the same again There are still people alive in your life, your family, circle, tribe, community, networks, workplace, groups, clubs.... whatever you want to call it...I call it humanity If one goes, many others are affected ‼️Some people have no one and yet we all know someone‼️ ‼️Reach out and celebrate life before the kiss of death seals the lips forever‼️ The face of death is real, when you see it, you want to live Then you want others too as well Death is the remedy by which we learn the value of life when we never valued it like it was meant to be. There is no cure for death but there is a cure for living life to the fullest. That’s on you👉😲🖕😯👇🤔👈😇 It is a hard pill to swallow but it’s the one that helps the most Take your daily dose of life with this gratitude🙏 #PaulaG

Mental health is paramount! The stigma needs to be eradicated. So many are ashamed to get help. If anything in 2020 Awareness has been alerted‼️
We are all susceptible…triggers are everywhere and you never know when you will be facing down the barrel of your own threat to live.
2020 has set off so many triggers and lives have been catapulted into a completely different direction … many have lost the fight.. some have turned things around. What is the difference?
Support. Another human can make a big difference.
Speak to talk
Listen to learn
Share and care
Hold and love
Your frame of mind need the great coaches of love and compassion.
Be a cheerleader for all life, especially yours
A sense of value and hope is at mercy to your mental health
But you can get it back. You are worthy
The struggle is real.. the help is needed.
If you are struggling, Get help
If you see someone struggle, Give it
If you don’t see them struggle, Give it still

I’ve been there and it takes time.
Depression, PTSD and anxiety, Some days are really hard. There were many I wanted to just leave the planet. I did not see any value in me.. Life was a nightmare. But now it’s not. Now I matter, to me first.
Keep supporting yourself first and Love yourself like never before. See what you have and not what you don’t. There are those who would give anything to have what you might not see.
Abuse is wrong. After some one abuses you don’t continue the harm. Get help!!
And if you believe in God, Start with him🙏 He’s waiting
Awareness on a planetary level is a mandatory duty in the human race. Honour your birthright of dignity and that of others too. We can all help someone and everyone needs someone
