‼️The Ultimate Leader‼️✍️ What have you done For the women you love Sisters, daughters Mothers of sons Equality is not a theory It’s the fight against bias So if we know the problem Why aren’t we united? The Ultimate Leader Is that of a woman Given the role Of birth in the world She is the host Provider of shelter The one that carries Tomorrow’s future To love and care Without any bias A woman gives more And hurts in silence She is chosen To represent The gift of life Miracles sent Mother nature Cannot be replaced Nurturing hope Amidst disgrace In her heart There is a bond That helps the weak Find their strong Always the first To be last in line Does her duty For all of mankind Shows her best With experience Selfless service And diligence Women are sisters Of the world United in justice Protecting what’s hers The home she keeps Is her fortress Give her a challenge And you will notice No skill can compare To a woman who knows That people come first Before business clothes Superior complex Of men who put down The woman that cares Wears a king’s crown Some have a problem Admitting a woman Knows more about The heart of a human If integrity Is the top leader No wonder a woman Is the best teacher For the right to be She has served more time On the side of righteous Inside of your mind To feel the way A woman feels Try running the world Wearing high heels You have to admit It’s well overdue That women deserve An apology too For all the wrongs done And rights denied Lack of support Abuses and lies For all little girls Being told what to do Society builds walls That women break through In the face of adversity We’re the first to stand up Rebuke acts of force And replace it with love We seem to know more About what isn’t fair And here still fighting Centuries later We didn’t invent The nuclear bomb And when we rule the world Maybe peace will come Wars are as old As man’s time on earth Flexing their muscles Not seeing true worth If instinct recalls The female attracts Then men will try To dominate that Dear boys in the office Recall your mother Your biggest fan And supporter To encourage a woman And add to her worth Allow her voice To speak her words Be open and kind Look up to her eyes When you are a leader You show other guys How to treat people As they should be And that includes women Equal and free #PaulaG Beautiful People‼️🙏🌷❤️ In honour of International Women’s Day❤️🌷 The ultimate leader Loyal and true Is that of a woman Who honours you
