Dear Paula,
I’ll make some small comments agreeing with your precepts. Throughout my professional career, I have always had in my heart two priorities, always learning, and passing on what I learned. This is something very strong inside me, since my youth.
Sometimes people have told me: why do you do this by giving others your experiences? What do you get out of it? Who’s paying you?
In fact, these people didn’t understand anything about life. When we close our eyes, I think we’ll be happy with the crops we’ve produced along the way.
Today, looking at the story, I see people who there in the past I taught a few things, some concepts in the professional area. Certainly those experiences helped, in some way, these brilliant people stand firm in the walk of their careers.
I believe that this is the goal, to see people grow, to be strong, to produce some good fruit for society. And, above all, to be citizens of character.

I think this is a very sought after experience. I am glad you see the value in others, and in yourself too. When we close our eyes, we are alone with ourselves.. and we can see the truth in what we feel…if it is good then you are happy.. if it is not.. reassess… step back and regroup….forgive the wrong and start over!
