Is you are you alone

Without the clothes of others

You have to wear your own

7.8 billion outfits

Fashion is the game

No two will look alike

No body is the same

The cliques and groups do gather

Some voices sound the same

Yes we’re all together

Yet some are still alone

To differ from another

Is encouraging to me

There really is a friend

When you let yourself be free

I hope to see again

The faces that I love

In person just to hug

The value is most of

More confidence is granted

To those who stand alone

The many who do this

Are comfortable at home

Not every leader needs

A magnitude of numbers

The best and most successful

Have always just helped others

The loudest mouths will shout

The weakest ears will listen

Only to find faith

In self is omnipresent

Now we cry together

When once we cried alone

Beyond the walls and borders

We all now have been shown

When what did make us cry

Before we were restricted

Under house arrest

Familiar to convicted

The human spirit here

Is challenged with a test

In the hearts of man

No one is left to rest

When faced with a disaster 

Many did not know

For generations after

The effects begin to show

Its harder to remember

And easy to forget

Unless it’s in your face

And physically you sweat

It makes you feel defeated

When you don’t have support

You really want to run

Give up and just abort

All people in their countries

Across the world so far

All looking to their leaders

No matter who they are

The leaders and their teams

Haven’t all the answers

Where some will make them up

Feeding adult pacifiers 

To find the truth of why

Is not the reason now

Peoples hearts are bleeding

We need to reach somehow

Alone I am a seeker

Searching like the rest

In my faith I’m happy

This is just the best

I’m still trying to figure out

What’s inside of me

Like so many others

I’m kneeling on my knees

Searching for an answer

Praying for a cure

Nothing else does matter

What more can we endure

Attention to the media

Is demanding all the time

Humans by the millions

Have joined up all online

Sharing has been warming

Caring content too

People and their quest now

All want to help with you

Gathered all religions

Holy guards allow

Life is all important

No credence disallow 

The ultimate of faith here

Hopeful pleas of man

The message we are sending

Together we are friends

Stripped of all the glamour

Rewarded with a smile

Everyone together

Unite across the miles

Here we have a lesson

One profound to see

Witness of the world

Completely at mercy

In a world that needed

Too many walked away

Doing what they’re told 

Robotic in a way

The followers kept pace

Some leaders grow their herds

The ones who have rebelled

Are now the ones conferred

We listen and we tell

But do we do it well

If we forget to process

What do we learn from this

Now we cry together

Everyone alone

Some beds are lying empty

Some aren’t coming home

The complete and utter truth

Is you are not a clone 

Without the clothes of others

You can wear your own

Collectively together

We are all to see

The test of our own will

And desire just to be

If you live in life now

And didn’t know before

Everything that matters

Comes down to loving more
